Welcome to this website, set up to publicise the activities of all the Performing Arts groups in Oswestry, Shropshire.
Since it began in March 2005, the concept of Oswestry.Performers seems to have caught people’s attention!
The purpose of the site is to provide the area’s public with a web site forum that enables everyone to find out What’s On in and around Oswestry at any given time.
The site has been designed to reflect the two aspects of performance, with separate “Music” and “Drama” sections in the “What’s On” pages.

Are you trying to publicise your society’s performance activities?
If your organisation is based in or around the town, please make contact and join –
it’s completely free and provides a useful service to the community, as well as enhancing your own society’s publicity efforts. We already have a dozen participating organisations (see homepage).

Doing so will take you to the Music or Drama pages where you will find details of the forthcoming productions. In addition, you can link directly to that particular organisation’s own website, where a lot more information will be available.
There is also a link below which takes you to the Events Calendar which shows the all the events which are coming up. You can browse to view the events in the months ahead...
so there’s now no excuse for anyone to not know what’s on!

This can be browsed to see what’s on and when, or postings made on the site to show future events.
(Please note that any such postings will be verified and removed if inappropriate or offensive. In addition, the URL of the offender can be identified and blocked in future).
